INNOVATORS

In July 2000, the government launched a 2 year pilot scheme to attract entrepreneurs. This scheme commenced in September 2000. For applicants under this pilot scheme, no minimum investment is required, third party funding is permissible and applications are assessed in order to identify talented entrepreneurs, particularly in the field of "e-business" and other new technology fields.

As we believe in building relationships with our clients and creating trust, our specialist team would provide legal assistance to talented entrepreneurs for setting up businesses in the United Kingdom pursuant to the existing immigration rules. We will advise you on the requirements of: job creations; share holding; entrepreneurs' business experience and in the preparation and settling of the business plan.
